I work with statistics and indicators in the research and development (FoU) area, and I am the secretary of the central FoU committee at OsloMet.
Organizational anthropologist from NTNU (2008) with more than 20 years of experience with statistics, indicators and analysis from NIFU. Topics in my portfolio include organizational changes in the Norwegian higher education sector, gender equality and diversity in research and higher education and academic careers.
