Mads Dahl Gjefsen

Mads Dahl Gjefsen

I am interested in collaborating with scientists and engineers who want to be responsive and empathetic to public interests and concerns. My research background is in the fields of Science and Technology Studies and Responsible Research and Innovation. My current work is focused on understanding how different societal orders are reflected in envisioned technological futures, and in the political and commercial affordances of technological promise making.

Before joining OsloMet I helped facilitate university technology transfer activities at several four-year comprehensive campuses in the University of Wisconsin System. I have also served as a Project Manager at the Norwegian Board of Technology and maintain a membership at UW-Madison’s Holtz Center for Science & Technology Studies.
