Annett Heft is head of the research group Dynamics of Digital Mobilization at the Weizenbaum Institute for the Networked Society, Berlin, and senior researcher at the Institute for Media and Communication Studies, Freie Universität Berlin.
Her main research fields are the comparative study of political communication in Europe, with an emphasis on digital public spheres, right-wing communication infrastructures, transnational communication as well as quantitative research methods and computational social science.
