The master's thesis is an independent research work conducted under supervision. You are offered research topics that can be related to research projects at OsloMet. You may spend three to six months doing field work or research and get supervision for your master’s thesis from our staff.

  • Admission requirements

    You must be admitted to a master programme in a relevant field.

  • How to apply

    International exchange students select courses when applying for exchange.

    Application deadline: 1 October for the spring semester and 15 April for the autumn semester.

  • Content

    The master's thesis is an independent research work conducted under supervision.

    You may choose a topic for the thesis within one of the fields of our research groups. Please take a look at the research of the Department of Life Sciences and Health.

  • Course description

  • Supervised professional training

    You will be assessed at OsloMet as this only applies to fieldwork.

  • Costs

    There is no semester fee for exchange students.
