The course examines and critically evaluates selected theories, models and practices of strategic leadership in organizational communication in the media and communication field, nationally and internationally. Students are encouraged to identify and justify which approaches are most appropriate under which circumstances, including disruptive change and crises.
The target group is master's students of journalism or media studies from our partner institutions.

There is no semester fee for exchange students.
Exam and Assessment
An individual paper (8-10 pages) must be handed in and presented in a plenary class session with an assigned opponent. The paper and presentation must both be approved before the student can deliver the term paper.
A term paper of 10-12 pages.
