Jeg er primært interessert i utdanning og læring og har blant annet arbeidet med etablering av yrkesfaglærerutdanning i Sør-Sudan og Sudan.
Mine hovedinteressefelt er livslang læring, vurdering og anerkjennelse av realkompetanse, IKT-støttet læring, lærende organisasjoner og aksjonsforskning.
Jeg deltar for tiden i prosjektet Entrepreneurship Mindset Tool - utvikling av et verktøy for kartlegging av entreprenørskapskompetanse (Visjon 2030/Innovasjon Norge/Conexus as) og UPSKILL som skal utvikle en plattform for kompetansekartlegging, ansettelse/jobbsøkere og kompetanseutvikling (NFR-BIA/Conexus as).
Jeg har bred internasjonal erfaring. Før jeg begynte å arbeide med utdanning arbeidet jeg i IKT-næringen og i forsvaret.
Faglig bakgrunn: Yrkespedagogikk, Sosial- og spesialpedagogikk, IKT (hardware og software) og elektronikk.
