Mona Gjerstad

About

Gjerstad conducts research on work inclusion, disabilities, and organizational learning. She is a PhD candidate in the project “Social Barriers and Opportunities in the Work Inclusion of People with Invisible Disabilities.” The project explores the particular challenges that arise when disabilities are not visible, and how inclusion competence can be strengthened both within the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration (Nav) and in workplaces.
