Erik Friis Fæhn is an associate professor in jurisprudence, with a doctorate in jurisprudence from the Faculty of Law at the University of Oslo.
His research interests relate to theoretical jurisprudence and fiscal law topics, with an emphasis on the constitution of law at the intersection between political interests and economic theory, including the development of fiscal law in a historical perspective. He works on company law and administrative law issues in light of education law and skills policy issues. Methodically, he explore the nexus between human action and legal legitimacy from an ethical position.
