Chris Rønningstad


Chris Rønningstad is a postdoctoral fellow at the Centre for the Study of Professions, affiliated with the INTEGRATE and the research project Organizing for Outcome (O4O). He holds a ph.d. in Social Work and Social Policy from OsloMet (2019), and a Master's degree in Organization, leadership and Work (OLA) from the University of Oslo (2015).
Works primarily with issues related to organization, management and leadership, including knowledge management and the relationship between leadership and management in NAV. Has experience with both qualitative and quantitative methods. He teaches methodology, organizational theory, leadership and management.
