Chris Rønningstad is an Associate Professor in Organization and Leadership.
He holds a PhD on the management and governance of knowledge workers from OsloMet (2019), and a master’s degree in Organization, Leadership and Work (OLA) from the University of Oslo (2015).
He primarily works with questions related to organization, governance, and leadership, including knowledge management and the balance between governance and leadership. He has experience with both qualitative and quantitative methods and teaches methodology, organizational theory, and leadership.
He has published on various topics such as the impact of football managers on teams, midwives in crisis situations, risk factors for youth marginalization, and the role of NAV leaders in network collaboration.
