About
degree, University of Oslo), and holds a bachelor's degree in sports science from the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences (NIH). Since 2017, Martin has worked with clients in the areas of physical activity, exercise, nutrition, and other lifestyle factors.
Martin is currently pursuing a PhD focused on improving the understanding of individual blood glucose regulation in healthy and pre-diabetic individuals by collecting large-scale data (including glucose levels, dietary intake, physical activity, sleep, stress, well-being, body composition, blood samples, anthropometrics, fecal samples, and more). These data will be used to develop machine learning models to predict individual glucose responses based on relevant lifestyle and biological variables.
Martin also has a strong interest in physical activity, exercise, nutrition, and other lifestyle factors related to improved health and performance in both strength and endurance sports.
