André Brodtkorb er professor i beregningsvitenskap og instituttleder ved Institutt for informasjonsteknologi. Han har doktorgrad fra Universitetet i Oslo (2010), og har tidligere hatt hovedstilling  som forsker ved avdeling for anvendt matematikk ved SINTEF, og avdeling for klimamodellering og luftforurensning ved Meteorologisk Institutt.
