Elsbet Vestvatn is director of administration at the Centre of Welfare and Labour Research at OsloMet. She holds a Master's degree in Management from BI and a Cand.mag. in Social Sciences from University of Oslo. She has previously worked in the Norwegian Tax Administration, Norad, the Norwegian Embassy in Addis Ababa in Ethiopia, Oslo Police District and NOVA - Norwegian Social research.
