Intelligent Health 2026

Intelligent Health 2026 explores how new technology can be implemented in healthcare services. Drawing on new research and lessons learnt from projects that have been rolled out, this conference examines what is required to turn pilot projects into lasting benefits for patients and healthcare professionals.

From pilot to patient – experiences with new technology in healthcare services

For new technology to be adopted in healthcare, it must be useful to those who are to use it. We see many examples of technology that creates value in everyday practice, but also of solutions that are adopted without achieving the desired effect, or which have documented benefits but are not put into use.

Even when research shows positive results, the speed and extent to which new knowledge and innovation are introduced into clinical practice vary. The path from research and pilot projects to sustained use in healthcare services is often long and demanding.

At Intelligent Health 2026, we will explore what it takes to successfully adopt and utilise new technology in healthcare services, drawing on experiences from research and practice.

The conference is free of charge. The registration deadline is 4 November.
