The course builds on the insight that a company's management does not necessarily satisfy the objectives of investors and credit providers. Incentives and controls systems are important means of eliminating goal conflicts.
The course is only available to students registered in a degree program and exchange students. It is not open to independent / private candidates.
Admission requirements
This course is for degree and exchange students only. You must be enrolled in a degree at OsloMet, or enrolled in a degree at a partner university for Oslo Business School to enroll in this course.
