The aim of this course is to provide knowledge on the European integration process, taking into account the legal framework of the European Union (EU) and of the European Economic Area (EEA). The main focus is on the sources of law of the EU, their relation with national law, the main aspects of the EEA dimension, and the impact of the latter on the Norwegian legal system.
The course is only available to students registered in a degree program and exchange students. It is not open to independent / private candidates.
