In this course you will practice approaches and skills that make you better equipped to fulfill the leadership role. It includes the role as a leader, power and influence strategies, moral leadership, conflict leadership, leadership in crisis, leadership theories and important topics like mindset, team climate, and motivation.
The course is only available to students registered in a degree program and exchange students. It is not open to independent / private candidates.
Admission requirements
There are no specific requirements for this course, but it is for degree and exchange students only. You must be enrolled in a degree at OsloMet, or enrolled in a degree at a partner university for Oslo Business School to enroll in this course.
The students should have leadership experience.
