In this course you will learn to analyse the control needs of different organisations meeting various business challenges. Based on this diagnosis you will be introduced to a range of designs of management control systems meeting different control needs. The process of using the management control systems including the behaviour of organisations and their individuals, is described and providing you with valuable insights into how to handle these challenges of management control systems.
The course is only available to students registered in a degree program and exchange students. It is not open to independent / private candidates.
