About
Social worker with a master's degree in community work and a Ph.D. fellowship in social work and social policy. My research interests revolve around social movements, collective action, and activism related to public health and welfare services.
My Ph.D. project, Rage Against the System, explores demonstrations and protests against child welfare services in Norway and Sweden. In this project, I seek to understand how collective mobilization against child welfare takes shape and is expressed from the perspective of individuals and groups protesting, as well as how protests and demonstrations are experienced by the employees within the service.
