I am a Professor of Organizational Behavior at Oslo Business School, OsloMet - Oslo Metropolitan University. I received my Ph.D. in Leadership and Organisation at BI Norwegian Business School in 2023, and later completed a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Behavioral Economics at Linköping University.
On a broad level, my research examines how human judgment and decision-making is shaped by socio-cognitive and emotional factors. I am also a big fan of everything related to open science (i.e., reproducibility, preregistration, replications, registered reports) and am currently serving as a steering committee member of the Norwegian Reproducibility Network (https://norrn.no/), a national initiative aimed at promoting transparency and reproducibility in the scientific process.
