About
I am an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at Oslo Business School, OsloMet - Oslo Metropolitan University and a Post-Doctoral Fellow in Behavioral Economics with JEDI lab (http://jedilab.weebly.com/) at the Department of Management and Engineering, Division of Economics, Linköping University. I received my Ph.D. in Leadership and Organisation at BI Norwegian Business School in 2023. My dissertation examined the role of emotion regulation in decision-making inder risk and uncertainty. During my PhD, I was also a visiting scholar at New York University, with Trope Lab at the Department of Psychology.
On a broad level, my research examines how human judgment and decision-making is shaped by socio-cognitive and emotional factors. I am also a big fan of everything related to open science (i.e., reproducibility, preregistration, replications, registered reports) and am currently serving as a steering committee member of the Norwegian Reproducibility Network (https://norrn.no/), a national intitiative aimed at promoting transparency and reproducibility in the scientific process.
