With over 15 years of experience in research and education, I am primarily focused on developing accessible and action-oriented safety- and security training for students and staff.
I have worked on creating systems for security management and making them effective through training and organizational development. Relying solely on recognized standards will not get us to our goals unless management and employees have the necessary risk understanding and action competence.
My goal is to promote a robust organizational culture where individuals and leaders are equipped to make informed decisions within their areas of responsibility.

I have worked in the higher education sector since 2008 and in safety, security and preparedness since 2015. With a background in organizational psychology, my professional strengths are mainly in the organizational and human areas.
Previous employers include the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Sikt, and SINTEF.
