Rudresh Pandey is an Associate Professor of Accounting at Oslo Business School, OsloMet. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Stavanger and has held a visiting appointment at the University of Florida. His research sits at the intersection of accounting, corporate finance, and sustainability, examining how disclosure practices, ESG risk, and governance structures shape firm behavior and market outcomes. His work is published in internationally recognized journals, and he has ongoing projects under review at leading journals.
