Work, health and inclusion

What is the role of the workplace in the inclusion of vulnerable groups? What are the consequences of being available for work 24/7? These are some of the questions we are researching in this research group.

The research group Work, Health, and Inclusion has a strong research environment focused on work inclusion, organizational and psychosocial work environment, occupational health, and work-home balance. We employ a wide range of different methodological approaches. In several projects, we combine two or more methodological approaches for a more complementary and holistic approach.

This research group belongs to The Work Research Institute.
