Work Inclusion

This research group is a department of the Work Research Institute (AFI), it's transdisciplinary and focuses on the causes and consequences of work participation.

Research topics include marginalised groups in the labour market, inclusion strategies, the importance of the work place and working environment for work participation, sickness absence, health and diversity.

We utilise a variety of different research methods, including group and individual interviews, surveys, registry data, interventions and organisational change projects, as well as randomised controlled trials (RCTs). The group's researchers are engaged in both Norwegian and international research and publishing.
