Tale Skjølsvik har en doktorgrad i strategi fra BI og jobber som professor ved Institutt for Informasjonsteknologi ved OsloMet. Fra August 2019-2023 vil Tale være pro-dekan for forskning ved Fakultet for Teknologi, Kunst og Design. Hun har erfaring som konsulent fra Bain & Company i Stockholm og Gemini Consulting (nå Cap Gemini). Tale har også bred forelesererfaring innen strategi, markedsføring, entreprenørskap og økonomi på bachelor- og masternivå. Hennes forskningsinteresser inkluderer strategi i kunnskapsintensive tjenestebedrifter, digitalisering i arbeidslivet og innkjøp av konsulenttjenester. Hun har publisert artikler i en rekke ledende internasjonale tidsskrifter.
