Venezuelan lawyer and political scientist. LL.M. in Public International Law (UiO). Currently a PhD candidate in Social Sciences at OsloMet.
I have research and professional experience in international law, refugee law, migration law, EU law, and human rights.
My doctoral project focuses on the New EU Pact on Migration and Asylum, examining how it relates to refugee law and human rights. I also teach on EU Law and Politics (BALV3500) and Immigration Law (MINF6200).
I often take part in national and international public debates within my research areas, mainly on Venezuelan political and migration issues.
