About
Together with professor Fred Travis in USA, I have formulated a Unified Theory of Performance, which states that higher mind-brain development is the basis of higher performance in all professions and activities. The theory has four dimensions:
1) Three individual dimensions, which are brain integration, psychological development, and peak experiences (glimpses of higher consciousness).
2) One collective dimension, which is the level of mind-brain development of the social context where the performance takes place (organization and society).
Research on high-performing athletes, managers, and musicians support the theory.
