I am advisor/management support for the head of department at the Department of Arts, Design and Drama. There I have a number of tasks such as:
- coordination of annual plan
- meeting agendas and, secretary for management meetings and other relevant meetings
- initiation and follow-up of plans, reports and strategies
- to prepare and carry out events at the department and faculty
- to contribute to the faculty's and the department communication activities internally and externally
- participate in planning and implementation of processes related to reporting, strategic organizational development
