About
Senior Adviser in the Office for Management Support at the Faculty of Technology, Art and Design. The office shall contribute to a coordinated and professional support service for faculty and department top management by ensuring implementation power, added value and general support. My main responsibilities are to support the Head of department at the department of Computer Science.
- Daily administrative support to Head of department
- Coordination of annual plans, leader meetings, and department meetings
- Initiation and follow-up of plans, reports, and strategies
- Plan and carry out events at the department and faculty
- Contribute to the department's and faculty's communication activities internally and externally
- Planning and execution of processes related to internal and external periodic evaluations, reporting, strategy - and organizational development
- Process management and facilitation
- Planning and follow-up of industry contacts/Relevance seminars
