About

Stella is a registered dietitian from the University of Bergen. Before starting her Phd at OsloMet in january 2026, she has worked with both children and adults at hospitals, and in Oslo kommune. 

Stellas Phd project aims to evaluate changes in metabolic health and gut microbiota in patients who have recently experienced a traumatic spinal cord injury.
