The project will develop new and targeted information material for children in different phases of settlement, to ensure that they receive relevant and understandable information at the right time.
This includes children in different life situations, whether they have come to Norway together with their family, or as unaccompanied minors (with/without an accompanying person), and different forms of living (reception centre, direct placement, private residency).
The purpose is both to strengthen children's right to participation and to improve the flow of information from different welfare actors throughout the settlement phase – from arrival until three months after settlement in a municipality.
