About

I am an Associate Professor in Building Technology at OsloMet – Oslo Metropolitan University. My research and teaching focus on digital twins, life cycle assessment (LCA), building information modeling (BIM), and artificial intelligence for energy optimization and predictive maintenance of buildings. I lead and participate in research projects on smart building management, sustainable material choices, and the integration of emerging technologies in the construction industry, and supervise master’s and bachelor’s students.

Field of study

Artificial intelligence   LCA   BIM Building Information Modelling   Occupant modelling   Energy optimization   Digital twins
