William Espen Windsor


I have a background as a science teacher in the primary school of Oslo municipality, where I became interested in how teachers in a professional community can collaborate in their shared professional development. My doctoral project is linked to the research project Teachers' Research Literacy for Science teaching (TRELIS), where I’m researching how science teachers in professional learning communities use research in their development of inquiry-based science teaching.
