About

Ida Martinez Lunde is an Associate Professor in Educational Leadership. She holds a PhD in Educational Leadership from the Department of Teacher Education and School Research at the University of Oslo, where she researched how school leaders use digital technology (learning management systems and learning analytic platforms). In recent years, she has developed an interdisciplinary approach to topics within policy, leadership, knowledge work, and technology in education and work. The empirical basis of her research is grounded in various public organizations, primarily in education, but also in health. She works qualitatively and employs socio-material perspectives.

She has previously worked as a university lecturer and postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Teacher Education and School Research, and the Department of Education at the University of Oslo.
