I have competence in Social Research Administration and Research Cooperation as Research Director in Norwegian Social Research (NOVA)(from January 2011 until December 2015). From January 2014 NOVA was integrated with Oslo and Akershus University College of Applied Sciences (HiOA). My responsibilty as Research Director was from Autumn 2014 the integration process: The new Centre for Welfare and Labour Research (SVA - Work Research Institute (AFI) and NOVA) integration in HiOA.
I am a sociologist by education, with 30 years of experience as researcher (NOVA and NIBR). My main research fields are: Child welfare services (CWS), Longitudinal studies of children and young adults with experience from CWS or other services, Cooperation between services for children and adolescents, Child Poverty. Have cooperated with researchers from different fields: Sociology, Psychology, Social work/policy, Law, Pedagogics, Antrophology, Medicine, Statistics (10 years of experience from Statistics Norway).

A register data study of Norwegian child welfare clients.
