Currently working as a postdoc at OsloMet in the Now What project Rethinking return to work services for long-term sick listed employees. Phd in psychology from the University of Oslo. Educated as a licensed psychologist (cand.psychol) from the University of Bergen. Specialization in clinical work psychology. Trained cognitive behavioral therapist educated from the Norwegian association for cognitive therapy.

Research interests are work and health for adults, mental health, public health, therapy research, effect and process evaluation of interventions, psychometric investigation of questionnaires, qualitative research methods, implementation, and knowledge translation.
