As a Ph.D. candidate at the Center for the Study of Professions (SPS) at Oslo Metropolitan University, my research is primarily focused on the implementation and use of e-learning in Norwegian municipalities. This Industrial Ph.D. project, funded by the Research Council of Norway, aims to achieve a comprehensive understanding of how e-learning is adopted and utilized within organizations. Professionally, I am affiliated with Visma SmartSkill AS in the role of a Senior Advisor. My academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a master's degree in organization and leadership.
