I work with EU research initiatives and major initiatives from the Research Council of Norway, as well as policy and advocacy work at both national and international levels. I am the central contact person for support related to the ERC – the European Research Council – and to the New European Bauhaus.
I also work with various types of researcher leadership courses (e.g. course in Leading research projects - applied perspectives and research leadership in partnerships) in collaboration with central HR within the field of Organization and Competence Development.
I am also a board member of InnoArch and a member of the contact group for ORE – the Oslo Region European Office.
Previously, I contributed to the development of and served as program manager for OsloMet’s Research Talent Programme, and as coordinator for OsloMet’s initiative on Centres for Research Excellence (CRE).
I have extensive experience from the private sector in positioning, strategy development, and communication. Prior to joining OsloMet, I spent eight years at the Department of Psychology at the University of Oslo.
