In this project we will investigate the consequences of the pandemic for living conditions for children and young people, equality in families and for individuals, including children and adults with disabilities.
The purpose of the project is to provide new knowledge and make recommendations for measures that can mitigate or reverse possible negative consequences of the pandemic.
The project has a cost framework of 24 million Norwegian krones and consists of 12 sub-studies.
It is planned to use several data sources and empirical designs that will identify the short- and long-term effects of the pandemic on living conditions and gender equality and will thus provide a good basis for recommendations on measures that can mitigate or reverse negative consequences.
