The project aims to increase the recruitment of immigrants and their descendants into Norwegian research, through knowledge-based development and testing of measures.
How can we, within a system for research and higher education, work to promote a culture of diversity and inclusion – an organization where everyone is treated as equally as possible, so that this is reflected in relatively proportional participation?
