About

I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Primary and Secondary Teacher Education (GFU) at Oslo Metropolitan University. My research interests lie primarily within the field of educational assessment and evaluation. 

During my PhD, which I completed at the Department of Teacher Educational and School Research at the University of Oslo, I focused on teaching quality in primary and secondary classroom. More specifically, I examined to what extent instruments and tools used to assess teaching quality are accurate, relevant, and trustworthy.

Currently, I am developing and validating survey instruments for the Teacher Education Panel Study (TEPS), which will be used to assess the implementation of teacher education in Norway.
