Blanka Støren-Váczy have bachelor in social work (1999), master in social policy (2005) and PhD in sociology (specialized in Social Policy) from ELTE University, Budapest
Competences: Leadership, project management, organization development, process work and innovation through organizational, -and service innovation within the welfare service special in work inclusion (Supported Employment (SE) and Individual Placement and Support).Have 15 years work experiences with such as program/ service leader, trainer, supervisor and job coach. Moreover, have 15 years of international experiences as a national coordinator, in several European projects, and as an international expert in social/work inclusion.
Have extensive experience teaching and conducting workshops/ training for many different audiences.
