About
I have extensive leadership experience from the hotel, restaurant, and tourism industries, as well as teaching experience at both primary and secondary school levels before I began working as teacher-educator. This combination of experience from business, schools, and vocational education provides me with a strong foundation to contribute to vocational teacher education that is closely aligned with the needs of both the labor market and schools. My teaching practice is firmly rooted in relevant research, and my goal is to develop practice-oriented and relevant professional education. My academic interests include pedagogical entrepreneurship, innovation pedagogy, digitalization in education, and internationalization in education. In addition, I serve as a subject editor and contributor to the Great Norwegian Encyclopedia.
