Heine Handegard is a research assistant at Ungdatasenteret, NOVA, tied to Section for Youth Research. He has a master's degree from the University of Oslo (2023), investigating whether the area-based initiative Tøyenløftet affected moving patterns in the area, as well as discussing area-based initiatives' role in promoting welfare policy goals.
