I am holding a Master's Degree in Geography with Teacher Education, NTNU. My master thesis studied interconnection between climate change and migration. I have teaching experience from upper secondary schools in Trondheim and Oslo, and as assistant professor at OsloMet.
In my PhD project I study recontextualisation of geography in the norwegian curriculum for social studies in compulsory school, analysing curriculum documents and curriculum development/process.
Research interests are recontextualising geography, geography curriculum, curriculum development geography didactics and geographical thinking.
