New research article: work environment and retirement

The psychosocial work environment appears to have a greater influence on the timing of retirement among men than among women, and more so for those with higher education than those with lower education. These are some of the findings made by Eyjólfsdóttir, Hellevik and colleagues in an analysis based on data from NorLAG.
