Jeg er professor i informatikk og leder for gruppen for innovasjon, digital transformasjon og bærekraft. Tidligere var jeg seniorforsker ved SINTEF Digital, senioringeniør ved DNV GL, postdoktor ved Universitetet i Oslo (UiO) og besøksforsker ved University of Oxford. Jeg fikk min doktorgrad i informatikk i 2012 fra University of Leuven. Mine hovedforskningsinteresser faller inn i ontologi-drevne informasjonssystemer og ontologi-drevne design av informasjonssystemer fra et menneske-datamaskin-interaksjonsperspektiv. Mine nylige forskningsaktiviteter er knyttet til digital transformasjon, dataintegrasjon, og dataforvaltning for industrielle og åpne data ved hjelp av teknologier og prinsipper for Semantic Web og Linked Data.
