Helge Skirbekk is a medical sociologist. He is particularly interested in the development of trust relations in the health care system, suc as the importance of trust for health literacy, communication, learning, management and general social issues. Skirbekk is also concerned with health communication challenges, clinical priorities, welfare technology, user participation and philosophy of science.
