About
I am an Associate Professor of Organization and Leadership at Oslo Business School, OsloMet, with a PhD in Behavior Analysis and further training as a gestalt coach. I design and facilitate practice-oriented, experience-based courses in leadership and organizational development at the master’s level. I am particularly interested in how behavior, relationships, and context influence collaboration and leadership in practice. I combine behavioral science, learning design, and facilitation to foster psychological safety, reflection, and enhanced learning outcomes. My work is grounded in a pracademic approach, where research and practice are developed in close interaction.
In my research, I examine choice behavior and how we can reduce the gap between what we say and what we do. I am especially interested in how values, communication, and behavior are shaped by context and influence collaboration and leadership at the individual, group, and organizational levels. I have extensive experience from both academia and industry. In 2025, I was nominated for Lecturer of the Year at OsloMet.
