Epigenetisk regulering av mikro-RNA ved sjukdom og stress i atlantisk laks
Målet i dette prosjektet er å identifisere mikro-RNA (miRNA) som regulerer både immunresponsen og tilpassing til saltvatn, smoltifisering, med transkriptomics-, genomics- og proteomics-metodar.
