Ingvild Kjeken is professor in occupational therapy at the Departement for Rehabilitation Science and Health Technology at Oslo Metropolitan University, senior researcher at the National Advisory Unit of Rehabilitation in Rheumatology at Diakonhjemmet Hospital, and leads the work package “Empowering the individual” in the REMEDY center, which is a clinical research center for treatment of Rheumatic and Musculoskeletal Diseases. She has extensive clinical and research experience within rheumatology, occupational therapy and rehabilitation, including performing systematic reviews, qualitative research and organizing and reporting from randomised controlled trials. She also has a broad national and international network. She is currently the project manager of three large studies, and has long experience as supervisor at master, PhD and post doc level.

Development of a care pathway for patients with hand osteoarthritis
The project aims to increase our knowledge of the current hand osteoarthritis pathways, the context and mechanisms for shifting tasks between health actors and care levels.
